Order Processing Time

All physical products are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

We currently ship to:

  • Select international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us to see if we can accommodate your order.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)
